And just when i decided to come around ):

i have finally dragged my lazy ass self to download firefox today after LOADS AND LOADS of totally worthless excuses i have made to myself for the past i-have-no-idea-how-many-frickin-months-already. and guess what? everything looks better. except my blog. ironic much?

first of all, i discovered that the font trebuchet, looks like crap in firefox. i could have literally puked in front of my computer looking at that horrible shit. how could i have been so ignorant? and to add to that, EVERYONE uses firefox. not a sane soul uses IE anymore. at least i think so. and so, i changed my font to arial or howeveryouspell it. but im still not happy ):

on the bright side, i'd like to introduce you to my new BESTEST BEST BEST FRIEND IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD, Mr. Auto Pager :D (said like a true 10 year old) to explain to you in breif words on how MR. Auto Pager works, i shall present you with the situation i faced in the past. the very annoying situation.
as you can see (just click on the thing if your eyesight is failing your miserable brain), i, or anyone else who happens to be reading manga on this particular site, follow either of the instructions give at the bottom of that screen shot you see there OR, we click the next page button. personally, i click on the manga itself and Bingo! it's the next page.

the problem : the internet in malaysia is devastatingly slow. so, to solve the problems of us, the miserable malaysians (and the sad people in other countries), they/someone invented Mr. Auto Pager. here's how he does his magic ; he pre loads the pages without any clicking whatsoever. in case you're worried he'll preload a whole bunch of ads, some kind soul has already programmed it so that you only get led to the next page of the manga. NOT ANY OTHER SHITS THAT HAPPEN TO BE ON THE PAGE.

tadaa! no more waiting irritably for the stupid page to load, i just scroll down forever now (: and in case you don't know how many good things come from this, i'll even list them down.

1. i don't waste 2 seconds waiting for every single page to load. if i were to read lets say, 1000 pages that day, i would have SAVED those 2000 seconds to live my life. on a much grander scale, i would have saved MANY MANY HOURS OF MY MISERABLE LIFE if i had this earlier (you have no idea how much manga i have been reading since form 1)

2. fine, i wouldn't be productive even if i had 2000 seconds more.

3. more sleep. less grumpy. by using that 2000 seconds.

3. no more screaming and cussing at streamyx for manga loading related things (only)

4. less stress.

5. happier life.

there you go. manga addicts, take note. sook yin, you will definitely. won't you? :D what a long post. i sound like a total salesperson, looking back at it. but, to hell with it. it's free (:
